Conference Payment Policy
Conference payment must be received by September 13, 2016. Any invoice not paid by September 13, 2016 will incur a $50 late fee.


Conference Cancellation Policy
All notification of cancellations must be received in writing via email no later than 30 calendar days prior to the first day of the conference to be eligible for refund. Full refunds, minus a 10% processing fee, will be given for cancellations received at least 30 calendar days prior to the first day of the conference. Refunds will not be granted for any notification received after this date, however substitutions for another attendee at your college or institution may made.
