Welcome to NCWE.  Because of the built-in security features, to access Members Resources, you must become a NCWE member.  If you are not a member, choose "Join NCWE"  Becoming a member is easy.  You can pay your dues immediately with your college credit card.  If you don't have a credit card, an invoice will automatically be generate so that you can process a check.
