Online Learning: Does It Help Low-Income and Underprepared Students? (CCRC Working Paper No. 26, Assessment of Evidence Series)

This paper examines the research literature to determine the impact of online learning on the academic access, progression, and success of low-income and underprepared college students. Overall, the research evidence suggests that community college students are more likely to withdraw from online courses.
