Description:
This is a leadership position at JVS, directly overseeing the design and implementation of a coordinated and comprehensive strategy for measuring the impact of JVS programs and services to over 5000 clients a year. This position will design and implement tools and systems for program and contract evaluation, and oversee the continual improvement of JVS’s performance management systems, all data collection and analysis using Salesforce. Essential functions include:

a) Evaluation, Performance Monitoring and Planning – Design, collect and analyze data providing accurate internal and external reports with detailed assessment of trends, impact, lessons learned, best practices and areas for innovation.

b) Systems Management and Business Processes – Manage client database and lead quality assurance and service improvement activities to ensure access, efficiency, and productivity.

c) Compliance and Accreditation – Analyze policy and regulations to ensure compliance with all internal and external stakeholder expectations and requirements including government and accrediting body regulations, multiple grant documentation and reporting requirements, and workforce development best practices.

d) Leadership and Supervision – Provide leadership and proactive support regarding JVS’s aspirational culture, continuous learning environment and quality improvement activities. Supervises a team to support agency wide data collection, evaluation, monitoring, and reporting including operational and administrative activities.
