Conference Fees (before September 16, 2013)

Conference Cancellation Policy

All notification of cancellations must be received in writing at the NCWE office (or e-mail) no later than 30 calendar days prior to the first day of the conference to be eligible for refund. Full refunds, minus a 10% processing fee, will be given for cancellations received at least 30 calendar days prior to the first day of the conference. Refunds will not be granted for any notification received after this date, however substitutions may be made.
